Silsden Town Hall
Welcomes Live Music into your Home…
A Date for the Diaries – Friday 22nd May 2020, 8pm Sharp!
With the lockdown being such a scary time for everyone, we have seen live music venue closures all across the UK.
We were saddened when Mike Ross who was due to visit and perform at Silsden Town Hall in April had to be cancelled and reorganised, however that wasn’t the end.
Since staying in, is the new going out we are thrilled to announce our first ever live-stream gig in collaboration with both Mike Ross and Elles Bailey performing online.
An incredibly intimate and special event exclusively bought to you by Silsden Town Hall. Not only will you be entertained for the evening, you will be supporting our country’s performers when they need it most and will give an exclusive into Mike Ross’s new launching album.
The performance will take place over Zoom, and you will be emailed an invitation link a couple of hours before the gig. The numbers are limited so grab your fast.
We hope to see you there from the comfort of your homes.
Passionate and intoxicating, Mike blazes his own unique trail – fusing his love and command of blues and roots music to create a unique blend. Since his re-emergence to the circuit in 2015 he has charged up the ranks to stand with the best known names in the UK blues and roots rock scene.
Born and raised in the Great North but living these days down in the Southland with a steady mind and a thoroughbred plan, Mike writes soul wrenching songs that will make you desperate to share the tale of his life’s journey and the lessons he’s learned.

2019 was a hell of a year for the super-smoky-voiced, hard-working, far-touring chanteuse Elles Bailey. On 8th March, she dropped her eagerly-anticipated second album ‘Road I Call Home’ to rave reviews, with the album charting in the Official UK Country Charts & Americana charts, gaining over 1.9 million streams since its release and reaching No.1 on the Amazon Blues Bestseller chart
Like its chart-topping predecessor, ‘Road I Call Home’ features co-writing contributions from high-calibre collaborators, including British hit-making legend and Ivor Novello Award winner Roger Cook, storied Memphis and Nashville giant Bobby Wood, as well as Dan Auerbach (of Akron, Ohio powerhouses The Black Keys) on the infectious ‘Little Piece of Heaven’ which has been awarded ‘Song of the Year’ at the 2020 UK Americana Awards.
